Conbook Artwork Submissions Guidelines
B&W (not grayscale)
Resolution: 600 dpi (Minimum)
Format: TIFF (.TIF), Bitmap (.BMP) or EPS (.EPS)

Resolution: 150 dpi (Minimum), 300 dpi preferred
Format: TIFF (.TIF), Bitmap (.BMP) or EPS (.EPS)

Images should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 and are, of course, subject to resizing. Please do not scan images larger than original format unless at a higher resolution (twice the resolution listed above) to be resampled (resolution goes down, image size goes up) later. G or PG-rated imagery only. No nudity, drug or alcohol-related themes or profanity; use common sense. Skunk-related imagery will generally get first pick for publishing. Questions? Conbook Story Submission Guidelines
Stories should be short and may be subject to editing to correct spelling, puncutation and grammatical errors. Stories will not be edited for content but should be of G or PG-rated at the very most. There is no set theme for story submissions therefore stories may be selected purely by space limitations within the conbook itself.

Advertising
Want to Advertise in the program book? Great! Just follow the 'artwork submission' guidelines above and here's the lowdown on costs:
Inside the book:
$40 for a full page
$25 for a half page
$15 for a quarter page
Cover Ads (Full page only)
$50 inside covers
$75 rear back cover
Advertisements should be in black & white or grayscale. Ads can be either emailed or sent by postal service. Payment for advertisements should be remitted to our main address (found at the bottom of this page). For more information about advertising in the con book, please email our conbook staff.
