Memphit Fur Meet - Labor Day Weekend, 2012 - Memphis, TN

Bucktown Tiger - 2011 Guest of Honor

Bucktown Tiger is a lyricist and keyboardist from Little Rock, Arkansas, who specializes in creating and performing music tailored to the furry community. Bucktown has covered numerous classical and popular songs on the keyboard, all while in his tiger fursuit. In addition, Bucktown has released two original furry-themed albums and an instrumental piano album, and he has added furry twists to many well-known songs. Bucktown has performed concerts and selections at furry events from coast to coast - literally, from coast to coast. Bucktown feels that music should be a reflection of our lives. Knowing that we can make more money, but we can't make more time, Bucktown believes that we should spend our time like it's our time, and he strives to do that each and every day, both in his music and in his life.

Mephit Fur Meet 2005 was Bucktown's first furry convention, and it was at MFM that he discovered he was not alone, either in the world or in his hometown. It was also at MFM, in 2007 at the Masquerade, that Bucktown performed in fursuit for the very first time. Since then, Bucktown has been a regular attendee and performer at MFM, his "home" convention, and he is deeply honored and excited to have been named Guest of Honor at Mephit Fur Meet 2011!
Mephit Fur Meet 2012 is sponsored by the Mid-South and Tennessee Anthropomorphic Arts Association. The MST3A is a non profit organization, created to foster and promote the appreciation of anthropomorphic arts, literature and culture.
