This will be my first time at a furmeet and I am looking for a mate. I have a highe yiff drive and wondering what is the proper way to tell if someone is interested in having some fun, don'want to get maced or shot. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you're going to MFM with the goal of getting laid, allow me to discourage you with the following facts:
1) MFM is a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere.
2) MFM has a strict no-harassment policy.
3) Very, VERY few people will have the same agenda.
4) The more desperate you are, the creepier you seem. The creepier you seem, the less likely you are to get what you're after.
Seriously, take my advice: come to MFM to meet furries, socialize, buy art, play games, listen to music, and have fun. If something happens, it happens...but it's not hard to become known as The Creepy Guy Who's Trying To Bed Everyone.
