[mfm_announce] Cheap registration rate ending soon.

It's November, and you know what that means. The cheap $30 registration rate for 
MFM next year will end on November 30. However, to throw some fun into the mix, 
the computer that the website is hosted on will be moved next weekend meaning 
the site may go down for a few days. So, if you're interested in getting the 
cheap rate, it will be in your best interest to go grab it now.
