Well.....only 14 days left!!!

(first the serious stuff)
Your MFM staff is very excited about the upcoming meet and seeing everyone
again at the "Pizza Party That REALLY Got Out Of Hand". Each year we grow a
bit and I like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few things.....

Your MFM staff and the hotel staff have the safety and security of all the
attendees in mind at all times....in saying this we want to remind everyone
about while having fun, please stay in control. Anyone that is found to be a
danger to themselves or others because of over indulgence will be dealt with
in an appropriate manner. We want everyone to have a good time and not worry
about the carelessness of others. Just remember....all local state and
federal laws are intact and will be enforced....things like under age
drinking and such will not be tolerated. Also at MFM...NO means NO!! If you
have someone that after telling them "No" still will not leave you alone,
please contact a member of the MFM executive staff or the MFM security
staff. We will not tolerate any type of harassment at MFM. We want this to
be the type of environment that everyone feels they can relax and have fun
at. The hotel has assured us that anyone causing problems....from our group
or any other visitor to the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel and will
not be allowed back on property. The hotel has more than their share of
experience with "problem children" through other events like the Elvi
convention that was just there, so they know how to handle things. Our
security staff works hand in hand with the hotel security staff and local
police to make sure we have a safe and fun time at MFM!

***now the fun stuff****

We still have a few spots left for the Furry Frolic dinner on Friday night.
Price for the dinner is $10.95 per person plus tax and tip. This is an ALL
YOU CAN EAT buffet!!! Don't forget that each attendee of the dinner gets one
of the special limited edition buttons with artwork by The Gneech of
Suburban Jungle fame http://www.suburbanjungle.com Space is limited!! We
take over the hotel restaurant every year for this and FILL IT! Email me at

Don't forget that once again the gang from Tiger Haven
http://www.tigerhaven.org will be there. They have let me know that the
whole Tiger Haven staff has been working on lots of goodies that will only
be able to be purchased at MFM! Also don't forget we are still looking for
items for the auction as well. This is our chance to do something that
directly helps animals that need help the most!!!

We have updated our website to include information about Rog Minotaur and
Sub-Level 03! Take a look and check them out. Rog is growing ever more
excited about being our GoH and we are going to have a PAWSOME show from
SL03! Also Sub-level 03 and Oklacon will be having a room party to celebrate
their new album, make sure and stop by!

We are looking at the largest attendance record ever! Come on to Memphis TN
and help us grow even more. With FOURTEEN days left, you better hurry. Rooms
are going fast, but there is still plenty of fun to go around.

Don't forget about Mephit FurMeet in Furcadia. Come hang out with some of
our staff and chat. See what goes on in the virtual MFM community in
Furcadia. Meet some of the staff and talk to them as they go about their
daily lives.

As always, we have a menagerie of events ranging from puppet shows to
writing panels. Check your schedule and see which events you would like to
see.
