This is just a reminder that you have TEN DAYS from the end of the con
to send the state of Tennessee your tax paperwork along with any sales
tax collected.

If you had no sales, you must still send in the paperwork.  Please
include your name and address on the paperwork.  Send it to the
address at the top of the sheet.

Because things happen on the way between con and home, some of you may
have lost your tax forms.   Fear not.  I have you covered.   I have
scanned the paperwork and put it in a pdf file.  Download it from
